SEASIDE.
I went to Seaside. For the first time since I was 20, I went off with some women for the weekend. I thought initially it was the first time in my life, but now I remember once I went XC skiing with Gib and two other ladies. Still, that's a long time.
We went to a resort! huh. I don't know that you need to go to a resort, if you're going to play games and watch movies and go for a walk, but going anywhere is good. And, we played games, and watched movies, and went for a walk, and it was really funny because we were watching movies and knitting etc, and talking, and it was just like you'd read about in some book (or see in a movie) and it was for real and it was fun too!
I worked in the middle, because Susan has pneumonia and I REALLY want her to get better, but it was OK, all I missed was a trip to the hot tub.
Here are my two pictures - cameraphone pics, too. On the walk Janet and I took after I got back from work, pics taken just so I and everyone else would know I was there, of the beach and hills and clouds, and of this cool piece of drift-tree. Someday maybe I'll paint it.
